“Informed, United and Dedicated; We All Go Home”
"Informed, United and Dedicated; We All Go Home", Elite Integrity Services is committed to Health and Safety.
My name is Jason Brokop, and I am the HSE Manager for Elite Integrity Services, where we manufacture and repair field erect storage tanks primarily throughout Western Canada. We strive to become leaders in our industry when it comes to safe and efficient execution of our craft. How we achieve this is reflected in the core values stated within our Health and Safety Policy - statement, “Informed, United and Dedicated; We All Go Home”.
To understand why this is so important, we need to break down these stated values into their core elements:
Informed
Communication is paramount in the creation, review, and implementation of critical safety system elements, just as worker participation is essential for a positive safety culture. By establishing a meticulous review and feedback loop between the onsite field crews, shop and offices we are able to amend our safety system to not only remain relevant to common industry practices but to exceed the legislated requirements as outlined in the OH&S Act, Regulation, and Code.
United
At Elite Integrity Services, we take pride in hiring the right people for the right job. From the office staff through the shop and out to the field, Elite have both employees and contractors that have not only been with the company since its very first year of inception but have built tanks together for decades prior. This allows the for our positive safety culture and family like atmosphere to trickle through the ranks and empower all workers to contribute to a safe work environment for everyone. In our detailed interview and hiring process, “We hire you to retire you”.
Dedicated
Having a leadership group with an equivalent of over 100 years of industry experience, Elite has developed a reputation to not only deliver great service and an excellent product to clients, but to stay on the cutting edge of the storage tank industry. With a strong family based culture, we commit ourselves to each others safety, and ensure that all workers go home safe and with a sense of satisfaction that comes with being part of a winning team.
