New Tank Construction – Remote Location
Due to the remote location special considerations were made to ensure the crew had suitable accommodations and attention was paid to work in an environment where wildlife was present. In addition there were many distinct design considerations, which required collaboration with the client, Elite’s engineering team and the field crews. The team worked together to successfully construct two 20,000 bbl tanks.

- Roof skylights, rooftop perimeter handrails and flush type cleanout doors
- Sandborn internal floating roof
- Internal coating of floor and 3’-3” of shell
- Tank stairways were designed with a client specific box tubing handrail
